navigation system to the sites.</div> <bR> <div> I prefer to use <B>f</B><B>ra</B><B>mes</B> because it simplifies the navigation of a web site.  The blue bar on the side of this page is in a frame.  If you use the same style on each page, then your customer will be comfortable with navigating your site and bookmark it to visit again.  Having an easy to read website does not frustrate your customer and encourages them to stay and browse through your entire site.  </div> <div> The first page of a site is considered an "entry" page and is frameless so your site will have a higher
